Partnering with HealthCare Access Maryland (HCAM) and other local organizations, The Coordinating Center is part of the Central Region for the Maryland Health Connection, which is Maryland’s assistance program to implement the Affordable Care Act and help uninsured individuals learn about, apply for and enroll in health insurance. The Coordinating Center is pleased to announced the appointment of Richard “Rick” Wade of Arnold to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Wade`s  communications consulting firm,  Rugby Hall Communications, LLC  specializes in counseling hospitals, health systems and organizations in the arts and community service during periods of growth, change, innovation or crisis. He is also a Senior Counselor to APCO Worldwide, an international public affairs and public relations firm.
