The Coordinating Center’s Vice President, Quality and Outcomes Management Appointed to National Quality Forum Committee

R. Colby Bearch, MA-SF, MA-M, BA, RN, CDONA, Vice President, Quality and Outcomes Management at The Coordinating Center has been appointed to the National Quality Forum’s Care Coordination Steering Committee. The committee will review performance measures in care coordination, including those focused on patient experience of care, health information technology, transitions of care and structural measures.

Mr. Bearch has 14 years of experience in Healthcare Administration and Quality. He joined The Coordinating Center in July 2011 and is responsible for the overall operations of the Quality and Outcomes Management division for all programs within the organization, including the design, implementation and evaluation of The Coordinating Center’s Quality and Performance Improvement Plan. Mr. Bearch ensures ongoing organizational adherence to program, contract, and standards established by applicable regulatory and accrediting agencies, facilitates multiple work teams to identify quality improvement opportunities and design improvement plans that sustain change and exceed organizational expectations and serves on multiple quality improvement and strategic planning councils including the organization’s Corporate Development and Strategic Planning Council.
