The Coordinating Center is helping seniors in Montgomery County and parts of Prince George’s County remain healthy and out of the hospital, providing coaching and care coordination through the WISH Program. Since October 2016, the WISH Team has helped more than 300 seniors.

Recently, the WISH Program was highlighted on Montgomery County’s Seniors Today television program and in the Beacon, a local newspaper.
